As owner and director of Chatterbox Sussex SLT I am passionate about offering a quality service to children and families

Here is a little about my qualifications, professional registrations and career background:

  • Graduated from Reading University in 1995 with a First Class Honours degree in Linguistics and Language Pathology

  • Registered with the Health Professions and Care Council (HCPC)

  • Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)

  • Member of the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP)

  • Full Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks which are regularly updated

  • 28 years experience working as a Speech and Language Therapist, many of those years in the NHS as well as in Independent practice

  • Specialist skills in early language development (0-5 years) and speech difficulties at any age (0-19 years)

  • Well established links with many schools, pre-schools and health professionals as a result of working in Sussex for many years

  • Professional Supervisor to over 50 other Independent SLTs working across the UK

I also have two lovely boys (now 15 and 18) who keep me happy and busy in my spare time!
